1. AAA Storage Apartments is located on the corner of Campbell and Melville Streets. PH: 03 6231 6768
2. During week days normal access time is from 8 am to 6 pm. On Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. We are closed on Sunday and most Public Holidays.
3. There are 2 main ways to get your goods into storage.
- You can organise your own transport and move in yourself.
- Organise removalists to do the move for you.
4.Yes. Our price list can be found here.5. Yes.The recommended shank size is 8mm, we do supply locks if needed for $9.50.
6.No. Access to your unit would only be granted if you had rung us to inform us, OR you gave your Access key/padlock key and unit number to someone else.

9. We accept most payment options – Direct Debit, EFT-POS or Credit Card. Cash and Cheques are also accepted.
10. There are not additional costs if you pay your bills on time.
11. We suggest that clients arrange their own insurance through either their domestic insurance broker or a specialist self storage insurance supplier. We can supply this information if needed.
