AAA Storage Apartments is located on the corner
of Campbell and Melville Streets.
During week days normal access time is from 7.30
am to 6.30 pm. On Saturdays from 12.00 Noon to 5.00 pm. By negotiation other
access times can be made available.
There are a number of ways you can get your
belongings into storage. You can organise your own transport and move in
yourself. An alternatively option is for AAA Self Storage to recommend a
reliable removalist to do the whole job for you.
Yes . AAA Storage Apartments has a wide range of
merchandise available ranging from locks to packing cases to padding to wrapping
tape. Just ask our manager for advice.
Yes. The lock on
your unit door is your independent security and privacy protection. It is
suggested you obtain from home or purchase a quality padlock with maximum shank
diameter of 8mm. AAA Storage Apartments have a range of quality locks that can
be purchased at very competitive prices.

No, that is not without your written permission
or unless you give somebody access by lending your EASI-Key, door lock key and
knowledge of your unit number!
AAA Storage Apartments will not allow any person access to the interior of the
building unless they have an EASI-Key and a key to your storage unit. This person will
also need knowledge from you of your unit number as this information cannot be
divulged without your written permission.
AAA Storage Apartments has a range of spaces depending
on your needs. Simply list what you want to put into storage and how you want to
access your goods then call us. Our trained Self Storage staff will be able to
determine the right sized space for your needs.
If most items are boxed, then the boxes stack more efficiently and therefore
less storage space is required.
If you do not require regular access to your goods, then your storage unit can be packed
from the back forward, maximizing all the available space in a unit.
If you require easy and regular access to your goods, then packing the storage unit will
require a clear corridor to the rear of the unit. This will enable you to reach
individual items without having to progressively empty the unit to get to items
at the back. Leaving a clear corridor means less items can be stored.
AAA Storage Apartments wants avoid any worry about choosing incorrect storage
space. Most people usually over-estimate the space required. After consulting
with our staff, if your choice of storage unit is too small, AAA Storage Apartments will
upgrade your size and still charge you the rental rate for the smaller unit for
the 1st month. If you choose a size too large for your needs, subject to
availability, we can move you to a smaller unit and adjust the rent accordingly.
The following links are to an on-line calculator and other indicators to assist
you estimate storage space needs.
When you speak to our staff regarding the space
you will need, they will give you a rental cost for that space. This can be
emailed, faxed or posted to you if required.
AAA Self Storage makes this process easy for our
customers by providing a variety of payment options. Direct Debit, most Credit
Cards, various Auto Payment optional), Telephone payments, Cheque and Cash.
No. AAA Storage Apartments do not charge
administration fees or depot fees on their storage units. There is a refundable fee for
the EASI-Key to encourage clients to return this electronic key at the end of
the rental period.
· The storage facility provides space that you
can use like an annex to your home or business, but your items might not be
covered by your property insurance while in storage. (You should check with your
Insurance Company)
· Clients are responsible for insuring their belongings in storage.
· Review your homeowners or renters policy to see if your items are already
covered while in storage. If not, you might want to consider buying additional
insurance.
· Your facility manager should be able to provide you with information on companies
that specializes in self-storage insurance or we can
AAA Storage Apartments have a very high
security and smoke detection systems; but for piece of mind we recommend your
insure your goods. You should check with your insurers as most domestic
insurance policies do not protect your assets in storage. We recommend all
customers insure their valued possession that they store with us. AAA Storage
Apartments can, if required, offer a very cost effective Insurance Policy as part
of the rental agreement.
