Imagine an apartment building for people. The
main building has a lift and stairs between floors and each floor has separate
compartments of different sizes connected by passage ways. AAA Storage
Apartments is designed exactly the same way except that the compartments are
made of steel walls and a door and the compartments are not further divided into
living eating and sleeping areas etc.
Each Storage Unit has steel walls from floor to ceiling and a steel door capable
of being padlocked by the client. The floor to ceiling steel walls ensures
clients have total privacy as to the use of their storage space.
The smallest size storage unit is a foot-locker. This
type of storage would suit students, tourists, business people and visitors to
Hobart who need a safe lockable area to store small items on a short term basis
while they move around the city.
AAA Storage Apartments have over 260 storage units. The storage unit sizes range
from 2 square metres to over 23 square metres. As units are of a modular
construction, for commercial clients with long-term needs storage units can be
reconfigured to provide the space needed.

Common sense and state laws determine what may be
stored. You alone control access to your storage space. If you have any
questions about storing a specific item, check with your local laws or ask our
staff..
Items you should never store in a public storage facility include, but are not
limited to, the following items:
· Live animals
· Liquids
· Explosives
· Flammable liquids and fuels
· Toxic materials
· Perishables
· Food items can attract rodents and pests
· Other items that need a controlled environment
Your AAA Storage Apartments will be clean and
ready for move in. But, you might still want to prepare it by placing plastic on
the floor under your goods. You might also consider placing pallets on the
floor. Your AAA Storage Apartments resident manager will be happy to help you
resolve any problems with your unit to help you get moved in.
